What do I need for my first Zumba class?
  • Comfortable stretchy clothes (no jeans)

  • Running shoes

  • A bottle of water

  • An open mind ready to have fun

  • A voice ready to hoot and haller

Do I need to be a good dancer in order to participate?

Not at all!  No dance or fitness experience needed.  It's ok if you have two left feet!

 

It's all about keeping your body moving to get your heart rate up, and having a good time. Accidental solos are welcome!

Feel free to give us a call anytime if you would like to talk on your phone.  

Your first class is $10.  Afterwards you can either purchase a class card, for the best savings or you can continue to drop anytime.
